Frank Yue

Frank Yue is an experienced professional in product management and innovative business leadership, currently serving as the Vice President of Products at Zhuiyi Technology since December 2020, overseeing the Digital Human and AI-powered Call Center business units. Prior to this role, Frank Yue founded and serves as CEO of Pengchatech, where leadership of a 21-member team has resulted in the successful launch of three products. Experience also includes a position as Senior Product Manager at WeChat, focusing on user experience and growth initiatives, alongside planning for the international user base. Earlier roles involved data analytics consulting at Magento BI and research at the University of Pennsylvania, where Frank Yue also earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics.
