Kathleen Marshall has a diverse work experience in the meetings and events industry. Kathleen began their career in 1999 as a Crew Member at Clipper Cruise Lines. Kathleen then worked as a Travel Director and Lead Travel Director at Maritz Travel Company, where they managed assignments and served as a liaison between clients, planners, and suppliers.

In 2003, Kathleen joined World Travel Meetings & Incentives as a Program Coordinator and Small Meetings Manager. Kathleen later moved to World Travel Meetings and Incentives as a Program Manager.

From 2006 to 2012, Kathleen was a Marketing Manager for Conferences & Events at U.S. Bank Corporate Payment Systems.

Kathleen then joined Creative Group, Inc. in 2012 as an Account Manager before transitioning to the role of Senior Meetings & Events Planner at CWT Meetings & Events in 2016.

In 2016, Kathleen returned to Creative Group, Inc. as a Client Engagement Director, where they focused on growing the business and improving client experiences. Finally, in 2019, they joined BCD Meetings & Events as a Director of Client Engagement, working on aligning business initiatives with meetings and events to drive impactful results.

Kathleen Marshall attended Marquette University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Philosophy, and Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they attended St. Joseph's Academy from 1991 to 1995. No degree or field of study was specified for their time at St. Joseph's Academy.
