Nicky Ratcliffe

Nicky Ratcliffe has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. They started their career at PAREXEL in 1993 as an Account Manager, staying with the company for thirteen years. Then, they moved on to Ashfield Meetings & Events as an Operations Manager from 2010 to 2011. Afterward, they worked as a Freelance Event Manager for two years before joining Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Congress Lead - Consultant. In 2014, they joined Touch Associates and held various roles, including Team Leader, Head of Operations, and Associate Director. They then joined mdgroup in 2019, where they served as an Account Director, Global Director of Event Services, and Director of Account Management. Their most recent role was as Director of Business Development for the Life Sciences Center of Excellence at BCD Meetings & Events.
