Brandon Powell

Brandon Powell joined the senior living team at Ziegler in May 2014. As a managing director in the senior living finance practice, he brings more than 22 years of investment banking experience working with senior living providers in the Southeast and Gulf Coast states.

Prior to joining Ziegler, Brandon was a managing director at BB&T Capital Markets where he successfully managed a wide range of complex economic, legal and credit transactions. Prior to BB&T Capital Markets, Brandon spent seven years in similar roles at Wells Fargo Securities and UBS. Throughout his career, he has completed more than $3 billion in financings.

Brandon graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in economics and minor in government. He has also been a featured speaker at a variety of senior living conferences such as LeadingAge and various state affiliates including LeadingAge Texas.
