Jonathan Anderson started their work experience in 1994 as a Quality Assurance Manager at T-HQ, Inc. Jonathan assisted clients with problem resolution, created promotional documentation, and collaborated with different teams to improve product quality. In 1997, they worked as a Bartender and Server at The Old Spaghetti Factory. From 2000 to 2007, they were the Head Bartender and Server Trainer at Applebee's, where they developed new drink offerings and trained staff in delivering excellent service. From 2008 to 2015, Jonathan worked as an Administrative Assistant at Sports and More Physical Therapy, managing schedules, coaching new employees, and improving company practices. In 2015, they joined Maverick Solutions as a Technologist and Content Developer, responsible for creating training material and identifying areas of improvement in products. Jonathan later became a Customer Success Manager, building relationships with enterprise clients, advocating for them, and championing product enhancements. In 2016, Jonathan started working as a Client Services Manager at GP Strategies Corporation, maintaining and extending client relationships and ensuring high staff morale. Jonathan is currently serving as a Partner Success Manager at Zift Solutions, where they are the product owner for on-demand training offerings and focuses on creating customized videos, documentation, and courses to enhance partner engagement.

Jonathan Anderson obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Natural Sciences from Citrus College in 2004. In the same year, they also received an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Behavioral Sciences from the same institution. Following this, Jonathan attended the University of California, Riverside from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy. Currently, they are working towards a Master of Divinity (M. Div.) degree in Apologetics at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Additionally, Jonathan obtained a certification in UX Design: 3 Creating Personas from LinkedIn in December 2022.
