Job Title:
Systems Engineer with ICAM knowledge
Location:
Onsite in Columbia, MD
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Systems Engineer with knowledge and experience in ICAM/IAM services. This would include cloud server installation, integration, and deployment. Additionally, we prefer knowledge of Ping Identity solutions. To join our team of Engineers we will require someone who is a self-starter, knows how to complete tasks and is interested in developing a comprehensive Identity Credential and Access Management solution.
Responsibilities:
· Work with the lead architect to develop and implement solutions.
· Troubleshoot server, connection, configuration and log issues, and resolve technical related issues.
· Be willing to learn software or have previous knowledge of software such as Ping Directory.
· Participate in the development of enterprise grade production deployment architecture for Ping.
· Ensure solutions are aligned with all Zero Trust standards.
· Provide Tier 3/Tier4 technical support to the operations team as required.
· Prefer working knowledge of Ping Federate and Ping Directory.
Required Skills:
· Expertise in configuring IdP adaptors, SP adaptors, policies, data stores etc.
· Experience in administering directory server and managing data using LDAP tools.
· Solid understanding of Ping's administration APIs.
· Expert knowledge of multifactor authentication, SAML, SSO, Federated authentication, Directory Services technologies including LDAP, web servers etc.
· Self-starter with excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications
· 2-3 years of specialized experience with Identity Management Solutions.
· 2-3 years of Windows/Linux system administration experience is desirable.
Job Stipulations:
Obtain and keep a Secret Level clearance.
Must be able to work 100% onsite at facility location.
