Felix Medina Wong

Felix Medina Wong has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Felix is currently working at Zignal Labs as a Cloud Operations Manager, responsible for managing cloud operations. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as a Lead Site Reliability Engineer and a DevOps Tech Lead. In these roles, they were involved in various projects such as transitioning data ingestion collectors, migrating infrastructure, and porting scripts. Before that, they held positions as a Senior Cloud Engineer and a DevOps Engineer at Zignal Labs, where they focused on infrastructure management and release coordination. Earlier in their career, Felix worked as a Senior QA Engineer and a QA Engineer, where they designed test cases, performed quality assurance tests, and collaborated with the engineering staff to resolve software bugs. Felix also gained experience as a QA Intern at the same company. Felix Medina Wong completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering at San Jose State University from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a certification in MongoDB for Node.js Developers from MongoDB in December 2013.
