Gavin Smith

Gavin Smith has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Group Talent Acquisition Manager and In-House Recruitment Lead at ZIGUP since May 2012. Prior to this role, Gavin worked as an HR Recruitment Officer at Xentrall Shared Services ICT from November 2009 to May 2012, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco UK from March 2006 to November 2009. Early career experience includes a position as a Financial Sales Advisor at Financial Choices and a Sales Development Specialist at The AA, where Gavin worked from February 2000 to December 2005. Gavin holds a degree in Business & HR Management from the University of Sunderland, which was completed in June 1999, and previously attended Ferryhill School.
