Ivan Hendrata

Ivan Hendrata has a diverse work experience spanning a range of roles and industries. Ivan is currently serving as the Head of Operations & Customer Success for ZilLearn Indonesia since January 2023. Prior to this, Ivan worked as the Head of Product & Analytics at Karya Talents from October 2019 to January 2023.

In 2019, they held the position of Head of Ministry Support at Jakarta International Christian Fellowship from February to August.

Ivan has also worked as an Independent Consultant, providing Human Resources Consulting & Executive Coaching Services from October 2017 to January 2019, and again from May 2014 to May 2015. During this time, they collaborated with a Property Development Company to improve employee productivity in the Sales & Marketing Division.

In their previous roles, Ivan served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Memory Furniture from August 2016 to September 2017, and as the Human Resources Manager from May 2015 to July 2016.

Furthermore, they worked as the Human Resources Manager and Internal Auditor at Happy World, a family entertainment company, from November 2012 to April 2014 and from June 2011 to April 2014, respectively.

Ivan also worked as a Personal Assistant to the Vice President at PT. Putra Mandira, a professional company specializing in electronic and radio communication equipment, from November 2010 to May 2011.

Beginning their career, Ivan held the role of Premier Banking Officer at the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation from September 2010 to November 2010.

Ivan Hendrata attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications such as the Global Leader of the Future 360 Assessment from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching in 2017, the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching certification in 2017, and the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification from Universitas Katolik Atmajaya in 2014.
