Brian Mikhail is a seasoned UX Researcher with extensive experience in user experience and design research across various companies. Currently at Zilliant since April 2023, Brian leads research initiatives that enhance the company's cloud-native price optimization and sales guidance software. Prior to this role, Brian worked at DigitalOcean, where complex studies informed product decisions and established customer personas within a large developer community. With a strong background at Rally Health, Brian contributed to product planning and optimization through mixed-method research and stakeholder collaboration. Additional experience includes managing consumer-facing products and providing superior support at InfoScout. Brian holds a B.A. in Economics from California State University, Stanislaus, and has completed Data Analytics coursework through General Assembly.
