Donna Budman

Donna Budman currently serves as the Director of Business Operations at Zillow since November 2024. Prior to this role, Donna held the position of Senior Director, Sales Strategy & Operations at The RealReal from January 2021 to October 2024, where responsibilities included leading strategic initiatives, developing financial models, and managing compensation plans. Donna's earlier experience includes multiple roles at Yelp from April 2016 to January 2021, progressing from Senior Manager to Business Operations and Strategy Senior Analyst. Additionally, Donna worked as an Associate and Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman from October 2013 to April 2016, and gained early experience as a Sales and Trading Intern at Nomura and an intern at The Heritage Group of Companies. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University and is a graduate of Lowell High School.
