Kayla Wilson

Kayla Wilson, CSM, MBA, currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Zillow since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kayla Wilson held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Whip Around from May 2021 to December 2023 and served as a Senior Project Manager at WCM Firm from June 2018 to May 2021. In addition to professional engagements, Kayla Wilson has been a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated since October 2021. Kayla Wilson earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 2020 and 2023 and is currently pursuing RFP Certification in Project Management Fundamentals from Rutgers University since December 2020. Kayla Wilson completed a degree at Georgia State University from 2014 to 2018.
