Loe Lee

Loe Lee is an experienced design leader with a strong background in product design, specializing in growth strategies. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design (Growth) at Zillow since July 2023, Loe previously held the same title at Webflow, where responsibilities included partnership with engineering and product teams to define growth strategies and manage the lifecycle design team. Prior experience at HubSpot covered roles from Senior UX Manager to Senior Product Designer, notably managing a large design team and spearheading initiatives for the CMS Hub. Loe's diverse career also includes positions at Yozio, IdeaScale, Marketo, and Sworkit, showcasing expertise in user experience design, team leadership, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Studio Art and Economics from the University of Minnesota and a User Experience Design Bootcamp from General Assembly. Additionally, Loe has a background in music as the lead vocalist for Loe & the Nastys Jazz Music Group.
