Anandharaj Anthony has over a decade of experience in staffing and talent acquisition management, currently serving as the Staffing (TA) & Client Account Manager at Zilogic Systems since February 2012, where responsibility includes acting as the single point of contact for key accounts and managing a talent acquisition team. Prior roles include Senior Staffing Specialist, focusing on customer relationships for major business units at Qualcomm and Visteon, and Sr. Executive - HR, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process in the Embedded and VLSI domains. Anandharaj’s career began at SRM Learning Tree Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed planning and executing training programs and driving business development. Anandharaj holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Periyar University and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Adhiparasakthi Engineering College.
