Simon Fabian Waffenschmidt

Simon Fabian Waffenschmidt is the Head of Procurement at ZIM Aircraft Seating GmbH since 2022. Before that, Simon worked at Rheinmetall from 2015 to 2021 in roles such as Industrial Cooperation / Offset Management and Value Engineering / Management. Prior to Rheinmetall, Simon held positions at KPMG Switzerland and ZF Group. Simon holds a Dipl. Wirt.-Ing. in Produktion / Logistik from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, and a Wertanalytiker, VDI from Verband Deutscher Ingenieure. Simon Fabian also holds a degree in Industriemechaniker Maschinen-/ Systemtechnik from Jörg-Zürn-Gewerbeschule Überlingen.
