Abraham Y. Elias

Abraham Y. Elias has a diverse work experience. Abraham Y. is currently the Managing Director at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services since October 2019. Prior to this, they held various roles at APL, including Head of Commercial for Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar from April 2018 to May 2019, Regional Director for SE Asia & Oceania from October 2016 to March 2018, and Managing Director for both Vietnam and Sri Lanka from 2011 to 2014 and 2007 to 2011 respectively. Abraham Y. also served as the Head of Commercial for the SE Asia Cluster and General Director of Vietnam from 2014 to 2016, and as a Manager in Business Development and Senior Analyst in various departments from 2000 to 2007. Before joining APL, Abraham worked as a Research Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield for a few months in 2000. Abraham Y. started their career as a Research Scholar at the National University of Singapore from 1998 to 2000.

Abraham Y. Elias completed a Management Development Programme in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Singapore Management University in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore, which they attended from 1998 to 2000. Before their master's degree, Abraham Y. Elias completed a Bachelor's degree in Estate Management at the National University of Singapore from 1994 to 1998.
