Rona

Rona Ma is an experienced business leader with expertise in finance, operations, and project management within the medical devices and healthcare industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Zimmer MedizinSysteme GmbH since September 2018, Rona is responsible for business strategy and development in China. Previous roles include Project Leader at HARTMANN GROUP, where Rona oversaw business development projects, and CFO at PAUL HARTMANN China, managing finance and operations during a significant business model transition. Rona has also held leadership positions at Abbott Medical Optics, Nokia, Ingram Micro, L'Oréal, and Johnson & Johnson, demonstrating a strong background in financial management, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
