Arnold Joasil Jr.

Arnold Joasil Jr. is a Quality Engineer with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently employed at ZimVie since March 2022, Arnold is responsible for performing post-market surveillance activities to ensure the distribution of compliant and efficient devices. Prior to this role, Arnold worked at Zimmer Biomet from July 2019 to March 2022, conducting complaint investigations and participating in process improvement projects in the Patient Specific Product department. Arnold began their career as a Quality Control Inspector at Trividia Health, Inc., where oversight of machine operators and the coordination of new process techniques were key responsibilities. Arnold's experience also includes an internship at Goode Compliance International and a research assistantship at Florida International University. Educationally, Arnold holds a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Pre-Medicine from Miami Dade College.
