He Zhong (REX)

HE(REX) ZHONG is a seasoned professional in engineering and manufacturing, currently serving as a Senior NPI Manufacturing Engineer II at ZimVie since November 2021. With prior experience at Zimmer Biomet Dental in roles such as Senior Manufacturing Engineer I and Manufacturing Engineer, HE(REX) has demonstrated expertise in process validation, statistical analysis, and corrective action management. As a ZFX team Lead and CNC Programmer, HE(REX) improved machining strategies, significantly reducing scrap rates. Co-founding KS Metal Spinning involved establishing production lines, while experience at China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation focused on feasibility studies and production process design. HE(REX) possesses advanced degrees in Engineering Management from Florida International University and Computer Science from Harbin Institute of Technology, alongside ongoing studies in Mechanical Engineering at North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering.
