Brandon Avery

Brandon Avery is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in engineering management, product design, and asset integrity. At Zinc8 Energy Solutions, Brandon led a packaging team to enhance the development of zinc air flow cell batteries and set new performance standards in energy storage systems. Prior to this role, Brandon served at RAE Engineering and Inspection Ltd., overseeing engineering output and conducting detailed assessments related to LNG production facilities. Additional experience includes innovations in prototype development at Packers Plus Energy Services and foundational work as a wildfire firefighter with Alberta Sustainable Resource Development. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, complemented by studies at the University of Oslo.
