Aksana Aleksiaichuk Koch

Aksana Aleksiaichuk Koch has worked in various roles since 2009. Aksana began their career as a Customer Care Representative at Rosetta Stone in 2009. In 2011, they joined Anybill Financial Services as an Account Manager and Tax Team Lead. In 2015, they joined Binary Fountain™ as a Director, Strategic Accounts & Customer Success Product Management. In this role, they managed top strategic accounts that represented over $2.5MM in ARR, drove customer retention and loyalty resulting in over $9M of renewal revenue, and implemented strategic roll out plans for different enterprise accounts. Aksana also built strong customer relationships, supervised Jr. Account Managers, and developed training programs for new account management team members. In 2021, Koch joined Zingtree as Director, Strategic Accounts.
