Pilar Bono

Pilar Bono has over 20 years of experience in HR roles, starting as a Recruiter at Til Quest in 1994. Pilar then progressed to roles such as HR Manager at KWS Group, Head of People at Zinklar, and Chief People Officer at Redarbor and Netquest. Pilar has extensive experience in leading HR teams across multiple countries, aligning people strategies with company values, and providing senior leadership with support on people-related topics.

Pilar Bono holds a Licentiate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona (1988-1993). Pilar also completed a Master's degree in Graphology at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2008-2010). Pilar furthered their education by obtaining a PGD in Strategic Labour Relations & Compensation from EADA Business School (2014-2015) and studied Project Management at Esade (year unspecified, completed in 2015). Additionally, in 2021, they obtained a Digital HR Certificate from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR.
