Kim Harrison

Kim Michaelis Harrison serves as the Senior Director, Operations Lead at Zinnia since September 2022, having previously held the same position at SE2, LLC from July 2005 to September 2022. With extensive experience in operations, Kim has led customer experience initiatives from pre-sales through implementation, focusing on client satisfaction, project lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration.
