Prity Chauhan

Prity Chauhan has extensive work experience in human resources and people management. Prity currently works at Zinnov as a Manager- People Success Partner. In this role, they collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that contribute to employee satisfaction and retention. Prity also provides guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and talent development. Additionally, Prity designs and implements a comprehensive compensation and benefits program aligned with business goals.

Prior to Zinnov, Prity worked at Euromonitor International as a Human Resources Generalist. Their responsibilities included building a communication framework, supporting employee engagement activities, talent management, and overseeing day-to-day HR operations.

Before that, Prity served as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Four Clover Realty Private Limited. Prity was responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, organization development, compliance, policy development, and employee relations.

Prity also gained experience as an HR Executive at CommonFloor.com, where they contributed to various HR activities.

During their MBA at Mount Carmel Institute of Management, Prity had the opportunity to handle various roles and responsibilities, such as event head and placement coordinator.

Prity's early career included an internship at The Pride Hotels, India (Bangalore), where they worked on an analysis of employee retention strategies and gained experience in employee relations and management.

Prity Chauhan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science from Delhi University. Prity also has a Post Graduate Diploma in HR & Systems from Mount Carmel Institute of Management. In addition to their formal education, Prity has obtained several certifications including Design Thinking & Agile from the HR Certification Institute in November 2021, Mental Health First Aid Champion- MHFA England from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in June 2021, and Train the Trainer Certification from Bodhih Training Solutions Pvt Ltd in July 2020.
