Shweta Rani (She/Her)

Shweta Rani has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shweta recently joined Zinnov as the Chief People Officer in September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director & Head of Human Resources at Zinnov from July 2015 to August 2021. Before their role at Zinnov, they held the position of Director of HR from July 2012 to July 2015.

Before joining Zinnov, Shweta worked at Space Matrix as a Lead HR from June 2011 to June 2012 and as an HR Manager from December 2009 to November 2011.

Shweta started their career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Private Limited, where they worked as an Assistant Manager from April 2007 to October 2009.

Shweta also has experience in HR roles at NDS Services Pay TV Technology Private Limited as an HR Executive from December 2004 to April 2007, IBM Global Business Process Services as an HR Trainee from June 2004 to December 2004, Tata Infotech as an HR Trainee from December 2003 to June 2004, and Bharti Airtel Limited as a Trainee from June 2003 to July 2003.

Shweta Rani has a diverse education history spanning over several years.
