Alfredo Balotro

Alfredo Balotro has a long and varied work experience. Alfredo began their career in 2014 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at UnitedHealth Group. In 2015, they worked as a Claims Officer at QBE Group Shared Services Centre. From 2018 to 2022, they held various roles at Kairos Cargo Group, Inc., including Head Of Human Resources, Head Of Administration, Corporate Secretary, and Head of Inflight Services. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Legal Assistant at The Mercantile Insurance Co., Inc. in 2018. Finally, they are currently a Qualitative Research Manager and Senior Research Analyst at Zintro.

Alfredo Balotro received their primary and secondary education from Nazareth School Hijas De Jesus Manila from 1998 to 2010. Alfredo then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Santo Tomas from 2010 to 2014. Finally, they obtained a Doctor of Law from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in 2017.
