Renzo Higinio has a strong work experience in various leadership roles within the Latin American market. Renzo started their career at America Movil Peru SAC as a CRM Supervisor, where they achieved significant improvements in customer satisfaction. Renzo then moved on to Natura, where they served as a Sales Manager and Head of Customer Service, Credits, and Collections, successfully implementing improvements in attention processes and reducing late payments.

Renzo Higinio later joined L'Occitane Group as a Country Manager, where they increased the average sales ticket by 15% within 6 months. Renzo then worked at Lima Gas S.A. as the Sub Manager of Marketing and Customer Service, where they improved distributor and customer satisfaction through area restructuring and process development.

At Yanbal International, Renzo Higinio held the position of Corporate Head of Commercial Support, managing global commercial support initiatives and leading a multicultural team across 8 countries. Renzo also played a key role in innovation and digital transformation projects, resulting in the implementation of CRM Salesforce and various customer experience processes.

At Jeunesse Global, Renzo Higinio excelled in various roles, including Andean Region Sales Manager and Sales Manager for Peru, where they achieved significant sales growth through the development of commercial plans and the implementation of sales strategies.

Currently, Renzo Higinio holds the position of Chief Operating Officer Latin America at Zinzino, having joined in 2023. Prior to Zinzino, they worked as the Managing Director Latin America & US Hispanic Market at Kyäni, overseeing operations in the region.

Renzo Higinio has a diverse education history. Renzo obtained a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix in 2009 and a second MBA from Universidad ESAN in 2006. In 2020, they completed a course on agile methodologies and Scrum at the Escuela de Posgrado de la Universidad de Lima. Additionally, Renzo attended a leadership program on innovation at MIT Professional Education in 2019 and a process redesign program at the Universidad del Pacífico in 2013. Renzo also holds a certificate in International Management from ARISONA STATE UNIVERSITY in 2006. For their undergraduate studies, Renzo earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres in 2003. In terms of additional certifications, Renzo completed courses on leading in a remote environment from HarvardX, strategy management and problem-solving from MIT xPRO, design thinking from IDEO U, and design thinking from the Universidad Tecnológica del Perú. In 2020, they also received a certificate in Commercial Planning from the Universidad de Los Andes.
