Maria Piessis

Maria Piessis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Maria currently holds the position of Senior Brand Design Manager at Zip Co since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Creative + Art Director / Photographer at mariapiessis + Lost Sundays since 2008. Maria also served as an Associate Producer at 2dcreative from February 2013 to October 2016. In addition, they participated in the 72U Creative Residency program at 72andSunny in June 2016. Maria co-founded Visantine Collective in March 2010 and worked there until October 2013. Maria also held the role of Brand Consultant at Interbrand from May 2011 to November 2012 and was an Account Manager at Tag Worldwide from June 2010 to October 2011. Maria'swork experience also includes a brief stint as a Layout Designer/Editor at Aspen Daily News in 2008.

Maria Piessis attended American University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Communication with a Concentration in Spanish.
