Natasha Johnson (She, Her)

Natasha Johnson started their work experience in 2004 as a Manager Trainee at Enterprise Holdings. Natasha then worked as an Assistant Manager and later became a Branch Manager within the same company. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist at Enterprise Holdings and held that position until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Natasha worked as a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at Enterprise Holdings. Currently, they are working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Zip Co, a leading Buy Now, Pay Later company.

Natasha Johnson pursued their undergraduate studies at Binghamton University from 2000 to 2004. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in both Politics, Philosophy, and Law, as well as Africana Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Natasha also acquired certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, and Learning LinkedIn Recruiter from LinkedIn in the same month and year.
