Viral Patel

Viral Patel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Viral'smost recent position was as a Senior Software Engineer at Zip Co, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at ESG as a Software Engineer from November 2017 to September 2021.

Before joining ESG, Viral worked at Vistaprint as an Operations Engineer from November 2016 to November 2017. In this role, they developed a Windows application and an ASP.net Single Page Application to automate customer order replacement and monitor customer orders stuck in the order pipeline. Viral also integrated the monitoring application with 3rd party APIs.

Before Vistaprint, Viral worked at ICONICS, Inc. as an Applications Engineer from June 2015 to November 2016. And prior to this, they served as a Research Assistant at the Multimedia Communications and Systems Lab from January 2012 to February 2015.

Viral Patel earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering and a Minor in Mathematics from the University at Buffalo, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Viral went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university, graduating in 2014.
