Akila Mahesh

Akila Mahesh is the Senior Vice President of Client Delivery where she heads client implementations for all Zipari products and services. She is accountable for delivery excellence, customer experience & satisfaction.

Akila has extensive experience in streamlining operational processes and leading delivery for large organizations, including Aetna, Cognizant & Deloitte. Most recently, she served as the Head of Delivery, North America Insurance at Cognizant‘s AI & Analytics practice and was accountable for client delivery of $400M+ in portfolio revenue. Prior to that as Executive Director of Digital Delivery at Aetna, she was responsible for delivering the company’s care management digital products that drive consumer health outcomes.

She has been instrumental in bringing about change through her servant leadership style and motivates team members through her infectious energy. As a computer science engineer, she continues to promote women in engineering in the workplace. Apart from being an inspiring, energetic leader Akila is a mother to 3 teenagers, enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
