Ori Zelichov has a diverse and impressive work experience. Ori is currently the Co-Founder, President, and Chief Medical Officer of ZipBio, a company focused on solving medical challenges through the convergence of software and biology. Prior to that, they co-founded 8200Bio, where they established a community of more than 1,500 alumni of the Israeli intelligence forces and founded a digital health venture creation program. Ori also served as the VP of Clinical Development at Nucleai and as the Medical Director at Fore Biotherapeutics. Earlier in their career, Zelichov co-founded Boomerang Therapeutics, a startup company focused on developing personalized cancer therapy and won numerous awards for their work. Ori also worked as a Medical Intern at Tel Aviv Medical Center and as a Research Associate at Healthy.io. Zelichov began their professional journey as an Intelligence Analyst in the Israeli Intelligence Corps.
Ori Zelichov completed their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2015. In 2018, they enrolled in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to study healthcare innovation, for which they are currently pursuing a degree. Additionally, Ori Zelichov obtained a Medical Doctor certification from the Ministry of Health Israel in 2016 and a certification in Computer Science 101 from Stanford University, although the specific year of completion is unknown.
