Thomas Rios

Thomas Rios is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in help desk support and user management. Currently serving as a Help Desk Supervisor at Zipcar since January 2022, Thomas has held various roles including Senior Help Desk Technician and Helpdesk Administrator at Zerto, where responsibilities encompassed user onboarding, Active Directory management, and vendor communication.
