Tomer Shapira

Tomer Shapira is an experienced Embedded Engineer currently working at Ziphycare since June 2022, with prior positions at Doble Engineering Company and Novanta Inc., where responsibilities included development and support of embedded systems. Tomer has also contributed to academics as a Teaching Assistant at Tufts University, guiding students in electrical systems and digital logic circuits while facilitating labs and VHDL instruction. A summer internship at the University of Haifa involved the development of a WiFi-connected smart door lock and assistance with electrical circuit design. Tomer holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, both from Tufts University.
