Sarah Johnson

Sarah Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sarah started their career as a High School Teacher at Hawaii DOE in 2010 and worked there until 2013. Following that, they joined Trupanion - Medical insurance for your pet in 2013 and held roles as an Actuarial Analyst and later as a Business Intelligence Manager until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Sarah worked as a Data Engineer at Rover.com, before moving on to Blue Origin in 2019. At Blue Origin, they initially served as a Senior Data Engineer from October 2019 to November 2020, and then transitioned into the role of Manager, Data Engineering and Analytics Platform from November 2020 to February 2022. Sarah's most recent position is as a Senior Data Engineer at Zipline, where they have been working since January 2022.

Sarah Johnson attended California State University Monterey Bay from 2007 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 2009 to 2010 and obtained a Post-Bac Certificate in Secondary Education. Prior to these experiences, Sarah studied at the University of Kentucky from 2003 to 2005, focusing on Engineering, although they did not complete a degree in this field.
