Kevin Guillen

Kevin Guillen currently serves as the Community Development Manager at Ziply Fiber, where responsibilities include leading marketing activities in Northern Oregon to engage local communities and foster relationships with various organizations. Previously, Kevin held multiple roles, including Communications Associate at the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center and Foundation, Project Manager I at Prosper Portland, and Community Organizer at SBCC. With a strong background in economic development, Kevin has also worked with organizations such as the Clinica Medica Mi Familia de Palmdale and the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation. Kevin holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, and completed professional studies in Marketing and Digital Media at San Diego State University.
