Palak Jethwani

Palak Jethwani has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and testing. They started their career at Amdocs in 2014 as a Software Test Engineer, where they worked on various projects for telecommunication clients, including e-commerce, SDN-NFV technology, and OSS/BSS systems. At Groww, India, from 2021 to 2023, Palak contributed to the development of a Web UI Automation Framework using Playwright with Typescript and led the manual and automation testing efforts for neo-banking products. Currently, Palak holds the role of Senior Software Engineer, Test at Zippin, starting from 2023.

Palak Jethwani obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Jabalpur Engineering College from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their HSSC in Mathematics at Shri Ram Krishna Ashram Higher Secondary School in 2010. Palak has also obtained certifications such as the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2021. Additionally, they have certifications in Agile Tester (CTFL-AT) and Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
