Victoria Martin

Victoria Martin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Victoria most recently worked at Zippy as the Head of Underwriting starting in December 2021. Before that, they had a brief tenure at Better as an Underwriting Team Lead and later as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter from May 2021 to December 2021.

During their long tenure at PenFed Credit Union, Victoria held multiple positions. Victoria served as the Manager of Mortgage Underwriting Operations from April 2017 to April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Manager of Mortgage Operations, a Real Estate Quality Assurance Analyst, a Supervisor of Mortgage Operations, a Mortgage Closer, an Estate Accounts Specialist, and a Member Service Representative.

Before joining PenFed Credit Union, Victoria worked as a Teller at Wells Fargo from October 2008 to June 2009. Earlier in their career, they were a Managing Associate at Corral West Ranchwear from August 2003 to December 2008.

Victoria Martin has a diverse education history. Victoria obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Bellevue University, graduating in 2019. Before that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters at the University of Wyoming, from 2006 to 2009. Prior to their master's degree, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching, as well as another B.A. degree in English Language and Literature, General, both from the University of Wyoming between 2001 and 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Victoria Martin also holds a certification in Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility from UC Berkeley Executive Education, which they obtained in November 2018.
