Arnab Guha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in revenue operations, business strategy, and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Revenue Operations, Systems, Data & Strategy at ZipRecruiter, Arnab collaborates across multiple functions to optimize revenue-generating processes. Prior to this role, Arnab held several key positions at VMware, including Director of Business Operations & Strategy, where responsibilities included shaping long-term strategic vision and leading digital transformation efforts. With a strong technical background, roles at Brocade Communications and TMP Worldwide further showcased expertise in Oracle implementations and business systems analysis. Arnab holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
