Donald Daniel

Donald Daniel has over seven years of experience in the human resources field. Donald is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Ziqitza Health Care Limited since April 2020. Prior to this, they held various roles at the same company including Chief Manager - HR from April 2016 to March 2017, Senior Manager - HR Operations from April 2014 to March 2016, and Manager - Training and Development from January 2013 to March 2014. In these roles, they were responsible for recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, and identifying training needs within the organization.

Donald Daniel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Delhi University. Donald also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Development from ISBM. Additionally, they completed an Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Donald has further certifications in various fields such as Basic Certificate Course on Labour Laws from NHRDN Mumbai, Leadership & Organizational Development from InteleNet Communications Inc., and Train the Quality from Vodafone. Donald also holds Train the Trainer certifications from both Reliance Communications and Vodafone.
