Todd Smith

Todd Smith is a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at OpenText since December 2021, previously serving as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Zix from October 2012. At Zix, Todd collaborated with product management and owners to identify requirements and acceptance criteria, as well as create manual testing cases and test scenarios for web applications and microservices. Todd's earlier experience includes roles as a Threat Analyst at both Zix, focusing on malicious threat prevention and research, and Greenview Data, Inc., where responsibilities included developing product documentation and full-stack web development. Prior to these roles, Todd worked as a Senior Computer Specialist and Sales Consultant at Best Buy from 2009 to 2012.
