Duane Begin

Duane has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Manager at ZL Tech. Prior to that, they worked at Wells Fargo from 1997 to 2022, where they held multiple roles including Vice President - Technical Business Services Senior Manager, Vice President Technology Relationship Area Manager, Information Technology Business Liaison Manager, and Director/Technology Manager. Duane was responsible for assisting and supporting application teams to meet policy, risk, and compliance requirements, managing initiatives and services that cross divisional business units, and managing staff of multiple functional teams. Duane also spearheaded the implementation, support, and execution of enterprise technology projects and software development. Prior to Wells Fargo, Duane worked at Gateway from 1996 to 1997 as an Information Systems Manager, where they managed HR intranet development, HRIS development and HR data operations teams, and led the selection and implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS/Benefits/Payroll system.

Duane Begin has obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, an Associate of Arts - AA in Business Administration and Management, General from Anoka-Ramsey Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota.
