Diane Gasselin has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering. Diane is currently working at ZOE as a Senior Engineering Manager since November 2022. Their responsibilities include managing multiple product squads related to recommendation, food logging, and food database. Before joining ZOE, Diane worked at Criteo, where they held various roles. Diane served as a Staff DevLead Software Engineer from October 2019 to April 2020, leading a team responsible for importing products from clients and ingesting offline sales data. Diane also worked as a Tech Lead / Staff Software Developer from January 2019 to October 2019 and as a Senior Software Engineering from January 2018 to December 2018. In these roles, Diane designed Spark pipelines and enriched catalog with cross-client information. Earlier in their career, Diane worked at Criteo as a Software Engineer in the Recommendation and Prediction teams. Diane built product-to-product recommendation systems, handled large-scale data, and improved predictive models. Diane also gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Amadeus and contributed to the open-source project Git. Diane also interned at the University of Central Lancashire, where they worked on game development using tangible interfaces.

Diane Gasselin has a diverse education history in the fields of information systems, software engineering, hypnosis, and psychology. From 2006 to 2008, they studied at IUT de Montpellier, where they earned a DUT in Software Engineering. Following this, from 2008 to 2011, Diane attended the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble, where they obtained an Engineering diploma and a Master's degree in Information Systems. In 2010, they had the opportunity to study at the University of Melbourne for one semester as part of an exchange program, focusing on Information Technology. Diane further expanded their knowledge by becoming a Praticien en hypnose Ericksonienne (Hypnosis Practitioner) at A.R.C.H.E, the Académie de Recherches et des Connaissances en Hypnose Ericksonienne, in 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a remote bachelor's degree in Psychology from Université Paris 8, starting in 2020 and expected to be completed in 2024.
