Julie Fuller

Julie Fuller is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer and Global Operations at Zoetis since September 2024. Prior roles include EVP, Chief People Officer and EVP, Human Resources at PVH Corp. from September 2020 to February 2024. Julie held various senior positions at Nike from November 2014 to September 2020, including VP of Talent & Org Effectiveness and VP of HR for North America and Emerging Markets. Earlier experience includes VP roles in Global Talent Management and HR for Asia Pacific at Avon, as well as several management positions at PepsiCo. Julie holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University and a BA in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire.
