With prior experience as Associate Director of Global Compliance Operations at Zimmer Biomet and Clinical Training Manager at AbbVie Biopharmaceuticals, Justin has demonstrated expertise in developing training strategies, implementing agile project management, and enhancing compliance training initiatives on a global scale. An educational background includes two Master's degrees in Educational Leadership and Counseling from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Appalachian State University.
