Salvatore Gagliardi

Salvatore (S.J.) Gagliardi currently serves as Vice President and Chief Counsel for Business Transactions, Corporate Governance, and Securities at Zoetis Inc., a position held since February 2013. Prior to this role, Gagliardi worked as Corporate Counsel in Animal Health at Pfizer for a brief period from December 2012 to February 2013 and gained experience as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from September 2007 to December 2012. Gagliardi earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Virginia School of Law between 2004 and 2007 and completed an Executive Education program at Harvard Law School in June 2022. An undergraduate degree in Government and Art History was obtained from Dartmouth College from 1998 to 2002.
