Karthick Manoharan is an experienced professional with over a decade of expertise in CRM solutions and technical support. Currently serving as a Regional Support Manager at Zoho since October 2011, Karthick has also held roles such as Assistant Manager and Technical Team Lead for Zoho ONE, where responsibilities included customizing CRM tools and testing product functionalities. Prior to Zoho, Karthick worked as a Team Lead in Zoho CRM at Sutherland and as a Technical Support Engineer at Larsen & Toubro. Karthick holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from PSG College of Technology, completed between 2007 and 2010.
