Miguel Santos has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Miguel began their career in 2009 at DEETC - ISEL, where they worked as a Software and Programming specialist, troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Miguel then moved on to Blueseven LDA, where they served as an IT HelpDesk and Application Support, providing support for various software applications.

In 2014, Miguel joined Azimutevirtual as an IT Consultant, offering 24-hour support to clients in different sectors. Miguel handled troubleshooting for Microsoft Windows and various software programs and also performed hardware maintenance and component changes.

Miguel joined Deco Proteste in 2016 as a Systems & Network Administrator. Miguel provided IT support to Deco Proteste and other Euroconsumers group companies, managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Office, as well as handling virtual machines.

In 2018, Miguel worked at Collab as a Support Engineer, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the company's call center application solutions. Miguel also handled network troubleshooting and database maintenance.

Miguel then joined Sysmatch in 2018 as an IT Consultant, where they were involved in various IT projects.

In 2019, Miguel joined Axians Portugal as a Cloud Architect Engineer, where they worked on the ONE IT Collaboration project, a cloud-based collaboration service built on Cisco technology.

Currently, Miguel is working at Zoi as a Cloud Solutions Architect. Miguel recently transitioned to the role of Senior Cloud Architect, contributing to architectural decisions and solutions for cloud-based projects.

Miguel Santos pursued their education from 2003 to 2009 at the ISEL - Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa, where they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Chemistry. In addition to their formal education, Miguel has also attained several certifications in various fields. Miguel obtained the certifications "Windows 2019 Hybrid Assessment (18872)" from Microsoft in February 2022, "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" from Microsoft in September 2021, "AWS Partner: Accreditation (Business)" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2021, "AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical)" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2021, "GitHub Ultimate: Master Git and GitHub" from Udemy in August 2021, "Terraform on Azure" from Udemy in August 2021, "Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert" from Microsoft in April 2023, and "Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate" from Microsoft in October 2021.
