Karipekka Kaunisto

Karipekka Kaunisto has a diverse work experience in various positions. Karipekka co-founded and worked as a Partner in Zoined Oy since December 2011, where they were involved in building a SaaS-based service for business reporting and analytics. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Solution Specialist at CCC Corporation Oy from January 2008 to December 2011, where their main responsibilities included planning, designing, implementing, and testing information systems used to combat tax fraud and provide IT services to customers. Karipekka also worked on design and implementation projects for new taxation systems using SQL Server, C#, and MS .NET technology. Before that, they worked as a System Analyst and Programmer, where they were involved in designing and implementing various taxation systems and maintaining existing systems using C/C++, Oracle Developer (PL/SQL), and shell scripting. Karipekka began their career as a Trainee at the University of Turku, Department of Geography, where they gained experience in daily IT support and maintenance tasks.

Karipekka Kaunisto obtained their M. Sc. degree in Computer Science from the University of Turku from 1997 to 2006.
