Tad Floridis has a long history of work experience in the fields of ecommerce, content licensing, and digital transformation. Tad began their career in 1991 as an Assistant Editor at Random House, Inc. In 1996, they became a Research Associate at Salomon Brothers, and then moved on to Director of Development at Deb Schindler Prod./20th Century Fox in 1997. In 1999, they were a Vice President/Development at Longfellow Pictures/Sidney Kimmel Entertainment and a Free Lance Writer at GQ. That same year, they took on the role of Executive Vice-President at Rightscenter, Inc. where they helped raise $4+ million in strategic funding and established the New York office. In 2004, they became Associate Publisher at Grove-Atlantic, Inc./Canongate U.S. In 2009, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer & Director of Business Development at Greensulate LLC. In 2013, they were recruited as Board Member and Senior Director, Content & Business Development at Zolabooks.com. Finally, in 2016, they became Managing Director at Transom Group, where they consulted leadership in two key domains, implemented teams, and developed digital transformation strategies.
Tad Floridis attended Oakwood High School from 1979 to 1986, and then Wabash College from 1986 to 1990.
